Interstate Bakeries Corporation, Irving, TX, has introduced Wonder Classic and Wonder Classic Sandwich breads with added calcium and vitamin D. Both varieties now contain the same amount of calcium as an 8-oz. glass of milk in two slices and are “good sources” of vitamin D, which helps the body absorb calcium.
